Usage
Inserts a link icon to the current page's table of contents. The position to jump to should be defined by something like
<div id="contents"></div> __TOC__
at the top of the page. The template takes three anonymous parameters: the message, the icon and the destination label. The defaults are:
1=Table of Contents, 2=toc.gif, 3=contents
