The fortran program can be found in file gridaxibump.f.
A description of the main parameters is given at the start of the file.
Simply compile the file and run. The default output is unformatted and consists of a single long record
in files x.dat and y.dat.
As supplied, the program generates a mesh of 220×80 control volumes and 221×81 grid nodes. This grid may be used to obtain a High-Re calculation.
